In the terms and conditions below, the words "Sanatsalbaski.com" refer to SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. Şti., the owner of the website, located at Perpa Ticaret Merkezi B-Blok 2nd floor no. 86 Okmeydanı, İstanbul 34384, and the word "Customer" refers to the users of the website.

The Customer agrees to comply with the following conditions by using our website.

Sanatsalbaski.com may change its own content without notice. We reserve the right to change our site and terms of use at any time. If any of the provisions here becomes invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition or provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions and provisions.
The Customer may not, for a commercial purpose, reproduce, copy, sell or otherwise exploit the website or any product image, product information, product description, price, page layout, page design, trade dress, trademark, logo or other content, except where expressly permitted.
The Customer may not use any technology (content-scraping robot, spider, etc.) or other data-extraction tools or processes to monitor, retrieve or copy the website content.
The Customer may not use any meta tag, search term, key term or the like that contains the name of the website or the trademarks used on the website.
The Customer may not modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the technologies used to provide the website and the services offered on the website.
The Customer may not take any action that interferes with the website or limits other users' ability to use the website.
The Customer may not help or encourage third parties to carry out any activity that is prohibited under these Terms of Use.
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply to any dispute between the Customer and Sanatsalbaski.com arising from use of the website.
Definition of the "UPLOAD AND BUY SERVICE" of sanatsalbaski.com, belonging to Sanatsalbaski.com:
The Customer using the www.sanatsalbaski.com site of Sanatsalbaski.com can order artistic prints of their work by uploading their own images to the system. In doing so, the Customer selects the options that suit them from among paper, other media, print type, format, size and backing options. (You can contact Sanatsalbaski.com to get advice on these matters.)

When the Customer buys prints of their own images from www.sanatsalbaski.com:

- Home page screen. When you click the upload-and-buy button on this screen, you are taken to the upload page.

- Upload page screen. The Customer can upload their image to the website using the interface. On this page the Customer decides on the print and frame types they want.

- Order page screen. The Customer enters their contact information on this page.

- Shopping cart screen. Here the Customer sees the details and price of the product they are about to buy. The order can be changed here. A customer account is created for you here.

- Summary and payment screen. On this page the Customer confirms the payment method and the details of their order (content, quantity, delivery method, price).

- To proceed to the payment screen, the Customer must accept the terms of the website. The Customer confirms acceptance of the terms by ticking the checkbox at the bottom. Acceptance of the terms is required before every order.

- You make the payment for your order.

- The PayTR system confirms the payment.

- Within a few minutes, Sanatsalbaski.com sends a confirmation email about your order to your email address.

Sanatsalbaski.com's General Sales Terms are as follows.

• Domestic taxes are included in our prices.
• The currency of the prices varies according to the country from which the order is placed:
• Turkish Lira for Türkiye, Euro for Eurozone countries, CHF for Switzerland, GBP for the United Kingdom, US Dollars for the USA, and Euro for others.
• When an order is placed from a country other than Türkiye, the party placing the order is deemed to have imported the product. For orders placed from countries outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the Customer is responsible for any local taxes that may be added to the product. These taxes are determined outside the authority of Sanatsalbaski.com. We recommend that you get information from advisory bodies in your own country on this matter.
• Sanatsalbaski.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices of the ordered products are the prices shown on the website on the date the order is placed.
• The products are deemed to be the property of Sanatsalbaski.com until the prices of the ordered products are paid.
• Sanatsal Baskı accepts only credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) or bank transfer as a payment method. For payments made by credit card, the transactions are handled by the PayTR system. The Customer's bank details are encrypted.
• The Customer information recorded by the Sanatsalbaski.com website constitutes the invoice.
• When you make a payment at Sanatsalbaski.com, you enter PayTR's secure network and your bank details are encrypted with SSL technology.
• When the Customer places an order from abroad, the Customer may face import tax when the order reaches the Customer's country. This and other customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Sanatsalbaski.com has no authority on such matters. Import and customs duties vary from country to country, so information should be obtained from the relevant local authorities. Shipments sent abroad may be opened and inspected at customs.

The address the Customer gives as the shipping address at the moment the order is placed is the address to which the order will be shipped. This address may be different from your billing address. It is impossible to change the shipping address after the order has been placed. However, if you still face such a necessity, contact Sanatsalbaski.com.

Receipt of the Order

All Sanatsalbaski.com orders are packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping. It is the Customer's responsibility to check for damage when receiving the package.

The Customer opens the order in front of the courier and, after checking for damage and problems in front of the courier, may return it with the same courier if a problem is found. The Customer can contact a Sanatsalbaski.com customer representative regarding the problem. Provided the rules described above are followed, Sanatsalbaski.com takes back the damaged product and issues a new shipment to you. Otherwise, Sanatsalbaski.com has no responsibility for products damaged in transit.

Right of Return If Sanatsalbaski.com ships the wrong product, a technical problem occurs during production, or a visible problem originating from Sanatsalbaski.com arises, the Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days. In such a case, please contact our customer representative to discuss the return conditions. In the case of an incorrect shipment, Sanatsalbaski.com bears the cost of the new shipment.

However, for the situations listed below, the CUSTOMER has no right of return, even if the product/products have not been used/benefited from by the CUSTOMER:

1. In situations arising from mistakes the CUSTOMER made while creating the order (incorrect sizing, wrong print type selection, wrong paper selection, wrong frame selection and the like), Sanatsalbaski.com does not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Sanatsalbaski.com accepts no liability for pixelation, low resolution or low-quality digital image problems in the image the CUSTOMER used when creating the order, and in these situations does not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Where exercise of the right of return is possible, the CUSTOMER is legally responsible for any change or deterioration that occurs if, within the withdrawal period, they do not use the goods in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use. Accordingly, if there is a change or deterioration because the Product was not used in accordance with its technical specifications and operation up to the withdrawal date, the CUSTOMER may lose the right of return.
4. If your order was shipped incorrectly, Sanatsalbaski.com will take your product back.
