DELIVERY SERVICES and DELIVERY TIMES

SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. uses different courier services to deliver its products. Please read the headings below for detailed information.

- The delivery times of your orders depend on the combination of products ordered. SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. ships products on weekdays only. Weekends are not included in delivery-time estimates.

- Average Production and Shipping Times for all products:

For printing works uploaded by the user:

For orders of 1-5 products: products are ready for shipping within 2-5 business days.

For orders of 6 or more products: contact SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. for the time needed to get the products ready for shipping.

- Average Delivery Transit Times - for Türkiye: 2-3 days after production

- Average Delivery Transit Times - for Continental Europe and Others: 3-7 days after production

Other Notes:

1. For addresses within Türkiye, our shipping fee is fixed for all purchases made from our website. Our international shipments are made with contracted courier companies. For deliveries outside Türkiye you can reach us by email, phone or the contact form.

2. Taxes vary from country to country. In general, border tax may need to be paid only for orders sent outside Türkiye. Our customers are responsible for all taxes that may need to be paid for our products. For tax legislation in countries outside Türkiye, consult the advisory bodies of those countries.

3. All orders are carefully packaged so they can be delivered without damage. Each work is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in its cardboard box or cardboard tube.

4. Your orders produced with a backing are placed in reinforced cardboard boxes. A separate box is prepared for each order according to its size. To protect the work better, a protective layer is placed between the work and the cardboard box.

5. When you complete your order, you will be given a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order, please contact us. In that case we will track your order for you.

6. Payments are made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.

- SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. also accepts payment by virtual card. With this card you can shop online without giving us your bank details. Please contact your bank to get information about this card.

- Every transaction you make through SB SANATSAL BASKI SAN. VE.TİC. LTD. goes through the PayTR payment system. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer) and do not travel on the internet. Your card and bank details such as your card number and expiry date are kept confidential from sanatsalbaski.com.

Sanatsalbaski.com takes great care to deliver your orders undamaged. If, despite all our efforts, the product that arrives at your door is damaged, you must follow the steps below:

1. Please open and inspect your package in front of the courier.

2. If you detect any damage, do not accept the package.

3. Give it back to the same courier so it can return to sanatsalbaski.com. You should not accept a damaged package.

4. A second shipment will be dispatched to your address on the next business day.

5. If the steps above are not followed after delivery of a damaged product, sanatsalbaski.com accepts no responsibility for those products.
